Willem Johnson - Texas Winemaker wines have won a host of awards across the US and internationally, and he is the first Texas-based winemaker to win a Sweepstake Medal (awarded to the top seven of seven-thousand entries) from The San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition, the oldest and most prestigious blind tasting in the country. Nestled in a beautifully wooded spot just off Highway 82, the winery has been constructed with recycled shipping containers and has several patios and an abundance of outdoor space to spread out and enjoy the delicious wines crafted by an award winning winemaker.
